Having run Able Property Trust as a property management company, and being a landlord myself, since 1997, it is important to me to give landlords and tenants the best support possible, so that tenants can relax, knowing that they live in a well maintained property, and landlords can relax, knowing that their property is in safe hands.
There’s no doubt that the rental property market is changing. As a recognised Safe Agent and NALS licensed property management company, we work hard to keep our finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the industry, as well as what may happen in the future. Whatever the property news, we hope to talk about it hear.
