* Free consultation and advice for the best return on your investment

* Free valuations to determine your best rental capacity

* Advertising: all managements are advertised weekly in The Nottingham Property Guide and on the Rightmove

website at www.rightmove.co.uk.

* No Let No Fee management: no charges until we have found you suitable tenants

* Accompanied viewings: we do not hand out keys to prospective tenants for security reasons

* Credit checks and lease agreements all done in-house for your peace of mind

* Competitive landlord insurance covering accidental damage, contents and malicious damage

* Rent guarantee schemes to ensure that you get your rent and to cover any legal expenses

* Property Maintenance: we do the work required to save you time and money

* Rent collection: all our tenants pay by standing order

* Professional indemnity insurance so you know that you are dealing with a quality company

Our Fees

We charge a one-off commission of £150.00 at the START of the tenancy

which will be deducted from the first month’s rent.

Then, a MONTHLY commission of 10% from collected monthly rents.

To Let boards: £35.00

Full typed inventory: FROM £100.00

Advertising of Property: £10.00 per property for as long as it takes to let (i.e. £10.00 flat fee)

Tenant Find Fees: One full month’s rent - no let, no fee
